Do I have an eligible purchase?

If you purchased two (2) or more eligible Samsung products from eligible categories that include Phones & Wearables, Home Entertainment (TV, Sound Bar), Home Appliance (Dishwasher, Laundry, Refrigerator, Range), or Computing (Tablets/PC, Monitors, Memory) (see Appendix in the full terms and conditions for list of eligible products) from a participating retailer then you may have an eligible purchase. Qualifying Purchase must be completed from a participating retailer in-store or online between September 20, 2021 and September 26, 2021.

What is the offer?

Purchase two (2) or more eligible Samsung products from eligible categories that include Phones & Wearables, Home Entertainment (TV, Sound Bar), Home Appliance (Dishwasher, Laundry, Refrigerator, Range), or Computing (Tablets/PC, Monitors, Memory) (see Appendix in the full Terms and Conditions for list of eligible products) from a participating retailer and receive a Samsung Prepaid Mastercard® in the amount of 10% off the pre-tax purchase price. All purchases must include products from two (2) or more different product categories (“Qualifying Purchase”). Purchases from multiple retailers are eligible. Available at all participating authorized retailers. Purchases made at an authorized Samsung retailer are eligible. Purchases from multiple retailers are eligible. Products may be purchased from multiple retailers in separate transactions.

Who are the eligible retailers?

All authorized Samsung dealers and retailers are eligible for this offer.

When can I expect my Prepaid Mastercard®?

If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your Prepaid Mastercard within approximately 12 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last.

How do I redeem this offer?

  1. Purchase two (2) or more eligible Samsung products from eligible categories in the same transaction that include Phones & Wearables, Home Entertainment (TV, Sound Bar), Home Appliance (Dishwasher, Laundry, Refrigerator, Range), or Computing (Tablets/PC, Monitors, Memory) (see Appendix in the full terms and conditions for list of eligible products) from a participating retailer in-store or online between September 20, 2021 and September 26, 2021 and save your receipt(s). Products may be purchased from multiple retailers in separate transactions.

  2. Submit an Offer claim form using one (1) of the following two (2) methods (either Online or Mail-in):

    1. Online:

      1. Visit https://www.discoversamsungfallevent.com (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.

      2. Complete and submit the Offer claim form by March 21, 2022 by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, qualifying product serial number(s) and/or IMEI and WiFi MAC address, telephone number, and date of birth. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.

      3. Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt(s) showing the Qualifying Purchase. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .PDF, .PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB.

    2. Mail-in: Participant must legibly and fully complete the Offer claim form found at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions and mail it with the Qualifying Purchase receipt in an envelope to The Discover Samsung Fall Event Event Offer, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 (collectively, the “Mail-In Envelope”). The Mail-In Envelope must be postmarked by March 21, 2022 and received by March 31, 2022.

Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?

There is a limit of one (1) claim per user.

I previously bought qualifying products in one single transaction from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?

No, only devices purchased between September 20, 2021 and September 26, 2021 are eligible for this offer.

What information do I need to submit?

You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on https://www.discoversamsungfallevent.com to complete your submission.

Where do I find serial numbers on my home appliance?

Check the side trim and bottom of your appliances. If you continue experiencing difficulty in finding your serial numbers, please contact Samsung customer service at 1-866-888-5503.

Where do I find serial numbers on my TV?

You can get the model number and serial number by going to Menu -> Support -> Contact Samsung. Please click here for additional details.

Where do I find my IMEI/WiFi MAC Address on my Samsung mobile phone?

You can find the IMEI/WiFi MAC Address on your phone by going to Settings > About phone.

I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying purchase; can I still participate?

No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.

What happens if I don’t submit my information online by March 21, 2022?

You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.

What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number?

Please make sure that you have entered all 14 or 15 digits.

What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?

If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

How can I check the status of my claim?

After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit https://www.samsung.com/us/promotions/check-my-status to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.

I submitted my information but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?

  1. Please be sure to check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by [email protected])

  2. If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”

  3. If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

What is my course of action if I am rejected?

You will receive an email with why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on April 10, 2022. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
